To practise the above in essence it is a combination of the most self-defense moves devised from the methods of hand to hand combat ever devised from the fighting arts Wado-Ryu, Kempo-jitsu, Atemi-Waze, Boxing, Ju-jitsu, Kobudo, Yawara-Jitsu Tameshiwari, Kempo Karate, Unarmed and Armed Combat. Your entire body will become weapons of self-defence and will enable you to deliver mild, serious and fatal blows.
To the attacker training and conditioning is hard, there are no short cuts. When i decided to begin training in martial arts for self-defence many years ago i searched for an art that would best serve my personal needs and the many and varied styles give me the confidence in myself and the techniques so that i may face any situation calmly without being plagues by self doubt, uncertainty, rapid pulse or shaky knees. I have encountered weapons of the street such as: Knives, Bats, Clubs, Broken Bottles and Bike Chains. The training methods of the above give me the ability and confidence to protect myself and family from unwarranted and unnecessary attacks.
